Conference site: Hotel Comwell KoldingThe 36th Annual Conference, NES2004,
will focus on the norms and ethics that influence the efforts to improve
working life. Companies’ expectations of the individual are growing. This
increasingly influences personal and domestic life.

working conditions are encompassing a growing part of our life. Keynote
speakers will give presentations on the theme of ethics within the areas:
- Ethics of science
- Ethics of consultancy work
- Ethics in the company
- Ethics of working life.
The conference invites you to contribute to the dialogue about all the
elements within ergonomics, the development of working life and the endeavour
for better working conditions. We invite you to join the dialogue about your
research, your counselling, your development projects and your experiences
within ergonomics.
In addition we encourage consideration of ethical aspects on your topic in
the discussion following your presentation, e.g.:
- When do we interfere with personal freedom?
- How will, can and should we contribute?
- What is good and what is bad?
- Where do we draw the limit?
